Cox’s Road Mall Disneyland Lucky Winner!

Bob Jones of North Ryde was the lucky winner of a trip for two to Disneyland first prize at Cox’s Road Mall Shop and Win competition drawn last Saturday morning by Ryde City Mayor Councillor Ivan Petch.

An excited Robert ‘Bob’ Jones was standing at the Cox’s Road entrance of the shopping mall near the post office when his name was called out by Mayor Petch.

He whoopied all the way to the stage area where an emotional Mr Jones received congratulations from the mayor and Santa Claus and received his prize from Cox’s Road Mall proprietor Sam Bietola.

The winning ticket was from the Cox’s Road Post Office and the post office proprietor’s Mr Mukesh was just as excited as Mr Jones and raced to the stage area also.

They are pictured at the presentation with North Ryde Rotary Club’s Phill Isaacs who was master of ceremonies for the presentation.
