Big Morning Tea at Ryde

Elaine Barsoum co-ordinated the first Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at St Charles Ryde in 2001, raising $1,000.

Over the years that amount has steadily risen until last year when $14,500 was raised by Elaine and her helpers. Total amount raised over the past seven years is a magnificent $50,294. Once again these seven ladies are hosting their Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea on Friday May 23 in Holy Cross College Centenary Hall, 517 Victoria Road, Ryde from 9.30am to 1.30pm. Entry $10 for unlimited tea/coffee/nibbles. Great entertainment, monster raffle, lucky dip barrel, cake and craft stalls plus lucky door prize. All proceeds to cancer research. All welcome. Caroline, Gay, Josephine, Barbara, Elaine, Peg and Claudia will host an Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at Holy Cross College on May 23.
