SPRING
IS sprung, the grass is riz, I wonder where all the man-made global
warming is?!
In
case you havent heard or observed, this past August has been
the coldest in over 64 years and many parts of the state of NSW
have recorded their coldest days ever on record according to, not
just nutty JB, but the Weatherzone.com.au meteorogists.
Sydneys
average temperature was a chilly 12.7 degrees C the lowest since
World War 2 with record low temperatures at Parramatta, Homebush
and surrounding areas. Even Rupert Murdochs Daily Telegraph
commented on Monday that Sydneys global warming sceptics
have a new bit of ammunition.
BACK
HOME again after a few hectic days away in London catching up with
my twin brother Dr Peter A Booth and his beautiful wife Margaret
who were wed in St Philips Church Eastwood many moons ago
and their lovely daughters Bregitta and Amber and their families
before going to Vienna for the World Conference of the International
Scout and Guide Fellowship.
Returned
just in time to go to the last home game of our beloved Tigers at
Leichhardt Oval Friday night and to the Ryde Christian Heritage
and Hope Forum in Ryde Civic Hall Saturday morning and Balmain Ryde
Eastwood Tigers win at Leichhardt Oval Saturday arvo.
