Carter Anniversary

Long time North Ryde residents Jim and Nola Carter will celebrate their Golden Wedding anniversary on Saturday November 15 with a family luncheon at their daughter’s home - 50 years to the day.

The couple were married in 1958 and built their home in North Ryde where they’ve lived ever since - witnessing many changes from orchards, market gardens and a drive-in to today’s University, shopping centre and hundreds of office buildings. Their children Debra, Andrew and Susan attended Truscott Street Public School and Peter Board High School. Jim and Nola look forward to catching up with many of their original wedding party as well as family and friends from interstate and overseas.
