GRAFFITI IN TWT Territory has diminished noticeably since we started our Dob in a Graffiti Vandal campaign some time ago and with considerable success.
And this week we are pleased to welcome the announcement by NSW Premier Nathan Rees that he too is taking the matter seriously at long last.
At least it is a step in the right direction.
