All roads lead to the annual Banjo Paterson Australian Poetry Festival that commences in Orange this week.

Orange-born Andrew Barton (Banjo) Paterson is an Australian icon, best known for his poetry depicting Australian life and the characters of the early 20th century. Festival will be held from Thursday February 12 to Tuesday February 17 for six days of family fun and entertainment, focussed on community activity across the beautiful City of Orange and the villages of the Cabonne and Blayney Shires. Enjoy the festivities of markets, sporting events, entertainment, displays, competitions and dinners – culminating in birthday celebrations for Banjo Paterson on February 17.
