WINNER OF the Most Inclusive Employer Award in the Local Business Awards 2026, Sydney Sport Management Group’s Ryde Multisport & Racquet Centre (formerly Tennis World North Ryde) not only offers programs for participants of various abilities but also features an inclusive staff of differing abilities.
Manager Hans Van der Meulen says it was great to get the win.
“It was wonderful to receive such recognition,” he said.
“We presently offer wheelchair basketball with plans to also include multi-sports such as pickleball and basketball.
“We’re hoping that with this win, we become a role model for other organisations to follow.”
