THE BURNS Bay Road paving upgrade is due for completion in less than a month providing significant streetscape improvement and connection throughout Lane Cove village.
The tactile surface indicators are currently being installed along with other minor finishing touches over the coming week.
Weather-permitting, the landscaping will be finalised within the next two weeks with the exception being the installation of the replacement tree adjacent to the pedestrian crossing – further works need to be undertaken at this particular site to investigate the water connection and improve conditions before the mature tree is planted.
The final step is the cleaning and sealing of the pavers which will take place once the other items are complete.
